I am a dynamic entrepreneur and the Co-Founder and CEO of Blue Water Performance Ltd. and I love it!

For over 20 years in my past corporate career, I was helping build amazing brands and had a pleasure to lead globally awarded marketing campaigns, and for the last 5 years as a business and a certified life coach, I have been helping my clients elevate their personal brands, lead fulfilling businesses, while living more balanced lives. I know that leading a business isn't easy and this is why I integrate coaching tools and unique transformational strategies to help my clients reach their full potential.

My goal is to inspire you and show you & teach you the how so you can take inspired actions with ease and experience real results.

And if you need it, I am not shy to give you a little 'progress' nudge to move you along (with love of course!)

I am a proud mom of three active teens, a loving partner to my husband Dave (who just so happens to be my life & biz partner), and a big advocate of mindful living, leading empowering initiatives in the local community.

When not working, I enjoy watching sunrise and stand-up paddleboarding with my beautiful family or tending to my lavender garden, and making bath salts in my She Shed for my friends and clients. My go-to phrase is 'You Got This!'
